The resources of the American Bio-Recovery Association are geared toward growing the business of qualified members. We offer our members a central voice and the common bond of fighting the same industry problems and overcoming the same obstacles. Membership Qualifications
- A member company must have been in business for at least six months. Proof will be a copy of your occupational license and a Summary of Qualifications (SOQ).
- A member company must have the bloodborne exposure control plan in place, proof of a written Hazard Communication plan and a written Respiratory Protection plan as well as proof of Workman's Compensation insurance (or state equivalent). Proof will be to submit a copy of the plan.
- A member company must have a minimum of $1 million dollars in liability insurance. Proof will be a submitted certificate of insurance.
- A member company must pay an annual membership fee of $400.00.
- A member company must honor the by-laws of the association and the code of ethics set forth by the American Bio-Recovery Association.
